A fully integrated new business team

Working with an established temperature control provider, we built a dedicated team of three new business experts to identify relevant decision makers, nurture them, and pass over to the technical sales team at the right time. In addition to the original calling activity requested, LinkedIn was utilised to maximise touchpoints with all relevant contacts, and a series of regular email campaigns kept this client at the front of their prospects' minds. As the project grew, we became responsible for converting the tracked web visitors into new business opportunities.

Ad-hoc projects included new data licensing and email broadcasting.

Working with a well established, premium serviced office provider, we engaged initially in a data project to enhance previously collected leads to maximise engagement potential. This involved multiple sources of data of varying quality - our approach allowed us to homogenize the data into a more user friendly format, and this enables multi-channel prospecting and increased engagement. Additionally, an ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) database was built for ongoing marketing efforts. Following on from this, the outreach strategy commenced - LinkedIn, Email Marketing, and Telemarketing to engage prospects and convert them into a sales ready appointment.
